Beeswax Beeswax is a natural wax produced by young worker bees between 12 and 17 days old in the beehive of honey bees.  Beeswax has high skin softening properties due to its emollient properties. It doesn't clog the pores as paraffin does which comes from petroleum.  Beeswax has been used in balms, creams and lotions.  Our beeswax is unrefined and pure which yields all of its medicinal properties.

Shea Butter Shea Butter is used to produce premium natural body and skin care products.  It is used for dry skin and skin ailments, as well as to help reduce wrinkles. It is rich in vitamin E which lengthens the life of the butter against rancidity. It also contains Vitamin A, D, and F. The Shea Butter used in our product is pure, traditional, hand-made expeller pressed by the use of water and heat.  The nut paste is kneaded, cooked and oil skimmed by hand.

Vitamin E The natural form of Vitamin E is D-alpha tocopherol and is made from vegetable oil.  It promotes healing with the formation of much less scar tissue and is very effective on burns in the later stage.  Even 3rd degree burns heal much more readily with Vitamin E.  Less scarring and greatly reduced inflammation are common reports with its use.

Aloe Vera Aloe Vera is the clear gel used in cosmetics for its healing producing properties.  It is used to treat infections and burns.  The gel has as many as 75 nutrients, and is a popular remedy to help heal blisters and sores. It also provides much relief from itching.  The benefits extend even to stimulating collagen and elastin which help prevent skin aging.  We infuse fresh dried Aloe Vera into our product.

Cocoa Butter Cocoa Butter is the ultimate moisturizer used to keep skin soft and supple.  It is readily absorbed into the skin because it melts at body temperature.  It is often recommended for eczema and dermatitis.  It creates a barrier between sensitive skin and the environment and helps retain moisture.  Cocoa Butter contains natural antioxidants that prevent rancidity and give products a shelf life of 2-5 years.

Vegetable Glycerin Vegetable glycerin is a clear, colorless and odorless liquid which has a rich oily texture and is hypoallergenic.  It is safe for food and cosmetics.  Vegetable glycerin is an all natural product containing emollient (softening) and lubricating properties which help moisturize and cleanse the skin.  It assists the epidermis of the skin in retaining moisture.

Olive Oil (extra virgin) is also used in our product as the carrier oil.

Neem Oil Neem Oil is a vegetable oil pressed from the fruits and seeds of Neem (evergreen tree) and aids in the soothing relief of inflammatory skin conditions such as hives, eczema, psoriasis and dry, red skin rashes.  Since it is a natural antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal, it can be applied to athlete's foot, toe fungi and ringworm.  Regular applications restore and maintain healthy, vibrant skin.
